As long as you remain in the booking process, the unit is reserved for you and cannot be allocated to anyone else.
Your booking is made online via our website. During the booking process, you pay the 50% deposit invoice using a common payment method such as your credit card. Unfortunately, bank transfers and cash payments are not possible. The remaining balance is due 15 days before arrival. If you book less than 15 days before departure, a prepayment of 100% is required. Please note that there is a minimum stay of two nights in the apartments.
We can change your booking for a one-time fee of €30. You can reschedule your stay within the booked year as often as you like, provided that units are available. The accommodation rates for the adjusted booking period apply. If you postpone your booking, your right to cancel expires. If you are unable to arrive during the booking year, your right to accommodation expires unconditionally without a refund of costs.

For bookings made via online portals such as Booking.com, Airbnb, or fewodirekt, the cancellation conditions of those portals apply.
